Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Plain Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Fresh Milk
- 2 tbsp Essy Passion Jam
- 1 tbsp Essy Smooth Peanut Butter
Instructions
- To make PB&J smoothie, peel off the bananas, cut into pieces then together with the rest of the mentioned above ingredients put them in a blender and pulse till well mixed together.
