Almond Butter Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grm Essy Almond Butter
  • 200 grm Dark Chocolate
  • 100 grm Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Essy homemade granola
  • 2 cups Castor Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Double boil the dark chocolate to melt
  • Fill the muffin tins with a tablespoon of melted chocolate. Then let it chill in the fridge for 5 minutes, or until it’s fully hardened
  • In a bowl mix castor sugar, almond butter and melted butter
  • Add a dollop of the mixture into the middle of each muffin cup. Then add another 1 1/2 tablespoons of melted chocolate over the almond butter mixture. Top them off with a sprinkle of our homemade crunchy granola and let them chill in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving
